I am rotating all 5 tyres every 10,000 km and also getting the wheels balanced with each rotation.
Some tyre places do not like to cross over sides on tyres. It is hard to get consistent information on this (even the same tyre company differs in different countries!). There appears to be a belt problem with crossing over on retreads but I have not seen anything about non-directional, quality, new tyres such as the BFG ATs that I am running.
My GV is wearing the outer edge of the fronts (especially the left) more than it should. I am not sure if this is excessive positive camber or just hard cornering.
